- The Institute of Company Secretary of India approved Company Secretary
- AGM (Admin & Legal): 01
- Master of Human Resource Development. or
- Master of Public Administration or
- Master of Business Administration in any discipline
- LL.B. - The Candidate should have minimum 7 yrs of experience in Human Resource Management in Govt. Agency/Development Authority of Public Sector of reputed private organizations.
- Extra experience will be considered separately.
- Ability to work in a team and train staff on the job to use the systems and assist in addressing day to day issues.
- Implementation support, facilitation and co-ordination skills.

- Retired Chief Health Inspector
- Zonal Coordinator: 03
- Retired Chief Health Inspector / Health Inspector.
